subjective reasons: First, the content of some of the topics included in the curriculum to inculcate
                     feelings  based  on  national  and  universal  values  in  primary  school  students  through  physical
                     education and sports activities is short and limited. The level of knowledge of the physical education
                     teacher to the students is insufficient, limited only by the general knowledge of the subject. Second,
                     it is natural that events are not held on time and systematically due to the irresponsibility of teachers
                     in organizing physical education and sports events for primary school students. But by promoting
                     such activities to students, it serves to instill feelings of physical well-being, spiritual alertness, and
                     values. [1]
                            In order to find a solution to these problems, we found it necessary to carry out systematic
                     work  in  cooperation  with  the  "School-Family-Neighborhood”.  In  our  experimental  groups,  we
                     organized physical education and sports activities for our respondent teachers and students in the
                     process of physical education lessons, extracurricular physical education activities, extracurricular
                     physical  education  activities  It  should  be  noted  that  the  events  instilled  in  students  a  sense  of
                     patriotism, national pride, courage, bravery, perseverance, concern, harmony, team spirit, honesty,
                     patience, loyalty, sincerity, appreciation of material and spiritual wealth, peace, confidence.
                            In this regard, physical education classes, extracurricular physical education activities, pre-
                     school gymnastics exercises, physical education minutes, movement games during long breaks,
                     public physical education and sports holidays, special test standards "Alpomish" and "Barchinoy",
                     extracurricular  physical  education  works,  children  and  adolescents  learned  about  the  activities
                     organized in the sports school sports clubs, physical culture family living quarters. We tried to rely
                     on a number of parameters in the organization of physical education and sports events. These include
                     the naming of physical education and sports activities, the purpose for which they are intended to be
                     used, and the use of tools, methods, techniques, and equipment needed to organize games during the
                     event. All this gives students a general idea of the process of physical education and sports activities.
                     At the same time, special attention is paid to the inculcation of feelings based on national and
                     universal values, which are pedagogically important. Here, as a guide, we focused on a) in the
                     classroom, b) in extracurricular physical education, and c) in extracurricular physical education. The
                     above  parameters  are  of  particular  importance  in  the  organization  of  these  events.  We  have
                     organized it to instill national and universal values in students through physical education and sports
                     activities. Through physical education and sports activities, we focused primarily on inculcating
                     human  feelings  among  students,  such  as  harmony,  teamwork,  concern,  courage,  perseverance,
                     patience,  and  self-confidence.  In  the  course  of  the  research,  we  also  improved  the  traditional
                     methods  of  education  in  inculcating  in  primary  school students  feelings  based  on  national  and
                     universal values through physical education and sports activities: "knowledge - skills - competence
                     - practical - national values" based on the ideas of pedagogue B. Khodjaev. [8]
                            Therefore, it can be said that feelings based on values (patriotism, sense of national pride,
                     courage, bravery, perseverance, concern, harmony, sense of  community, honesty, patience, loyalty,
                     sincerity, respect for material and spiritual wealth, peace, trustworthiness) assimilation is not only
                     the  task  of  teachers,  but  can  have  a  positive  effect  if  organized  in  a  school-family-community
                     partnership. According to the analysis of physical culture and sports activities, the organization of
                     school-family-community cooperation in primary school students has a positive effect. Based on the
                     above considerations, we have concluded that the following aspects should be considered when
                     inculcating  feelings  based  on  national  and  universal  values  in  primary  school students  through
                     physical education and sports activities. First - in the process of physical education classes should
                     be considered not only the education of students' movements, skills and abilities, physical qualities,
                     but also the formation of other types of education, such as mental-ethical, ethicalaesthetic. It is also
                     possible to instill feelings based on national and universal values through various movement games
                     and competitions, for example, through the lessons of action games for primary school students:
                     terak ”,“ Castle Defense ”and other games for 3rd grade are planned in the national program. [9]
                            However, by playing active games, along with cultivating physical fitness in students,
                     helping each other, fighting for the team, instilling many feelings of national pride, nationalism,
                     patriotism, etc., is currently slowing down the educational process and reducing the integration of
                     practical activities in education. Secondly, the physical culture and sports activities of the school-
                     familyneighborhood  partnership  are  not  well  developed  Thirdly,  physical  education  and  sports
                     activities are not given enough attention in cooperation with organizations such as schools, trade
                     unions and youth unions. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoyev issues a
                     number of resolutions and decrees on the systematic organization and conduct of physical culture
                     and sports events. However, it is no secret that its implementation is not ensured. In particular,
                     physical  culture  and  sports  facilities  are  being  overhauled  and  put  into  operation.  Fourthly,  in
                     addition to the tasks performed in the classroom, primary school students will be provided with
