provided it is possible without the presence of a digital educational environment, which, in turn,
ensures the accessibility and interactivity of the educational process. At the same time, the work on

Introduction
Classes conducted in the conditions of distance learning in the discipline "Pedagogy and
psychology" should be organized in the Zoom, Skype, Discord system. The listed systems allow you
to create increased level of interactivity in lectures and practical classes. Interesting forms of
organizing a lecture class in such conditions are two lectures, in which two lecturers speak. It is
advisable to hold a lecture together on the topic "Management of educational systems", and a
representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a
representative of the administration of any educational institution, which together with the teacher
will be able to share with students the practical experience of their work, problems in the
management of educational systems [2].
Seminars are also organized in the form of videoconferences, where the student, using the
opportunities of joint interaction, highlights a separate educational material, accompanying his
report with a multimedia presentation. The advantage of the systems is that they allow students and
teachers to communicate in real mode, discuss topical issues of pedagogy and psychology, as well
as perform work in small groups. So in the Zoom system, for this purpose, it is possible to create
several halls where the teacher, being a moderator and facilitator, organizes and manages the
activities of several groups of students at the same time. The Miro platform has the same capabilities,
which is designed for collaboration of distributed teams. The use of these capabilities allows you to
organize trainings on the development of personal qualities of future specialists in the study of
psychological topics of the discipline.
In the absence of an electronic educational environment in an educational institution, it is
advisable for the teacher to use Yandex cloud servers to place educational materials. A disk or
Google Disk that allows you to store the necessary educational materials in a secure cloud storage
and transfer it to students in The Internet. Students at any convenient time have the opportunity to
download educational and additional materials and study them, upload their work for review by a
teacher, or exchange educational information with other students, for example, when performing
projects [3].
Constant interaction with students in the conditions of digitalization is possible through
messengers Viber, WhatsApp, which allow you to exchange text messages, images, videos, audio,
as well as organize video communication. The use of messengers is relevant when conducting
individual consultations remotely.
An interesting software is an online tool for creating feedback forms Google Forms, which
teachers and students can use to conduct research, questionnaires. At the same time, respondents are
sent a link by which they take the survey. Within the framework of the discipline "Pedagogy and
Psychology", students can conduct research on the author's psychological methods.
